Programs
The Department of Public Health is a research-intensive department. The research
strengths include a strong evidence-based approach to epidemiology, health
services research, and health program evaluation, a record of achievement
in preventive, clinical and occupational (chronic diseases) epidemiology,
and the development of population health databases through record linkage.
